      From the early Playstation series, also the guy with Trixie does not like dragons and in fact employs a dragon as a minion. His name is Ripto from Spyro 2, his dragon minion was named Crush I believe? He sets the bar for villains with double standards and poor reasons to be evil.

      SPYRO! I've always thought spike may have been referencing spyro somewhere, but then I learned he was actually adopted from the old old MLP series, so meh. Lol'd at spyro's facewing. I think Spyro and Spike would get along just fine.

      The old Spyro, from the first three spyro games. the new ones suck.

      #1, That's one hell of a nostalgia bomb. I miss the old days when Spyro was the most badass game out.

      Always thought Spike was a lot like Spyro.
