I'd really like to read this, but neither my wee netbook nor my arthritic desktop can handle it. I, too, vote for a pdf version.
Thanks to the entirety of my college education funding, I was able to afford a beast computer that can run this... IN TWO WINDOWS AT ONCE.
And I usually crash right then.
Finaly the $1,300 I spent bulding an 8 Gb ram, 3.7 GHz quad core computer pays off!!!
My beast machine can handle this no problem.
Man, i just finished reading this beast.
Epic.
And so instead of computer i use iPod touch which loads in segments instead of all at once. And its portable too!
