According to Anime News Network, Friendship is Magic will be popping up as a manga in the childrend's magazine "Pucchigumi". Whether this is going to be similar to the ones that appear in Sparkle World in the West, or super high quality like the comic series remains to be seen. Hopefully one of you over in Japan can snag a copy and let us know when it releases!
