MMMM Satire
Despite having not yet seen the other half of this crossover (sadly), I must say that this has been one of the most inane bits of fan-fiction I have ever laid eyes on, what with its inconsistent characterization, over-reliance on sexual humor, and utter disregard for all things logical and sensible.
I approve. Immensely.
Came for the fic, stayed for the comments.
But seriously, all this crossing over and yet somehow nobody (as far as I know) has done the inevitable Touhou/MLP fic.

I was active in fandom in the late Seventies/early Eighties, the peak of the Rocky Horror craze. You could not have a con without the film/video room showing a "Surprise Cult Classic" at midnight, a con masquerade without at least two or three Time Warp or Sweet Transvestite numbers.
One of my co-workers at the time used to be a Rockie. He was also into fire-eating stunts, and became a legend by "blowing the volcano" at one Rocky screening.

I'm not commenting on the story here (which is.. okay, but I'm not a Rocky Horror fan); but why does everyone who sees Rarity in her stage gear from "Sonic Rainboom" start saying that she's a drag queen?
I admit I skimmed for the songs, but they were great. It's a shame the story stopped half way through.
You know, if someone was willing to do a full MLP crossover with Rocky Horror, here's my thoughts on the casting:
Princess Celestia as The Criminologist (authority figures, historical experts, slight differences in presence or lack of neck)
Princess Luna as Brad Majors (timid bookworm)
Fluttershy as Janet Weiss (timid, propensity to faint)
Trixie as Riff Raff (for the hair and demeanors)
Pinkie Pie as Magenta (insane housekeepers)
Rarity as Columbia (dress fashionably, in love with Eddie)
Nightmare Moon as Dr. Frank-N-Furter (flamboyant antagonists, both creepy, dress in...unusual ways)
Big Mac as Rocky Horror (large, muscular, attractive)
Spike as Eddie (attempts to be badass, in love with Columbia, relation to Dr. Scott)
Twilight Sparkle as Dr. Everett V. Scott (scientists, in wheelchairs, resistance to 'group enjoyments', relation to Eddie)

True, but Twi makes a better Dr. Scott, so there's a bit of a shortage for those to fit the role of bookworm...

These are pretty good, but I think I'd change a few around:
Rainbowdash as Eddie
If busting out of the deep freeze, crashing the party, and upstaging the host doesn't scream Dash- then I just don't know.
Pinkie Pie as Columbia
Turns into Pinkamina after Dash bites it.
Rarity as Magenta
Applejack as Brad
I'd say Brad is more about being a uptight condescending white guy (asshole) than a bookworm, and I think Applejack's somewhat "conservative" nature could fit into that.
Anyway, just my thoughts.
The world suffered enough from one of those.
That...was pretty cool.
The changed lyrics actually worked half the time, and the bit with Fluttershy just made me giggle.
I would go for a full version of this with that casting choice!

Sweet Celestia's horn wtf am I reading? And where can I find more? Cross-dressing ponies? YES! BRILLIANT! Shipping and sweet, sweet pony love amongst everyone? YES YES! And there was enough quirky humor to keep me laughing til the end. I really want to throw a RHPS party now.
