Maddy Peters has been performing all her life. She trained in musical theatre as a child, and got her first major role as a voice actress at age ten when she played Helen on the PBS hit Martha Speaks, recording almost 100 episodes over the course of five years. She is most well known for her role as Scootaloo in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She also voiced Emily in the movie Barbie: Princess Charm School.

Currently a sophomore at Maryland Institute College of Art, Maddy is majoring in illustration. Her artistic interests include children’s book illustration, editorial illustration, concept art, and character design. She loves the animation business and hopes to continue exploring animated characters as a voice actress and as an artist. In her spare time, she is pursuing her musical interests as a ukulele-playing singer-songwriter. Her dream job, alongside voicing Scootaloo, is a role on Cartoon Network's Steven Universe.
