Voodoo Pony has released yet another album for you all to fill your pony playlist up with. Fans of his past works will probably find a whole bunch of stuff to love in this compilation. Check out the album page on bandcamp here!
Now we need an official Season One soundtrack. I've tried (and have somehow miserably failed at trying) to download some of the music, and now I'm getting desperate. Regardless of the possibilty of me getting the music before a soundtrack is released, I'd still buy the soundtrack.
I better start putting music I listened to before this show on my phone because right now the number of pony musicians I listen to outnumbers the other one 13 to 4!
I feel kinda bad. I had forgotten all about this artist. Like the pic there though, cool. ;) Music is pretty good. Definitely has that darker feel you'd expect from him.
More, than likely, at least one of them is a remix of another song which is based of a fanfic inspired by an over-analyzation of the show.
The rest just have some of those steps cut out, but the majority of pony music seems to fall somewhere in here, or in a different order. Not that I'm complaining, although it is rather interesting having 3 or 4 different genre versions of the same song on my ipod.
@P. Pony Ponyson I'm desperately trying to get my Pony Mix CD project completed and in a format EqD can handle. It's not soundtracks per se, but it is a much more digestable way to get and listen to the pony music...as opposed to say my giant 10hr playlist of every genre under the sun.
After listening to the song before Pinkie's Cupcakes, Fluttershy Sings Pinkie's Song, the silence in Pinkie's Cupcakes make sense, if it is what I believe it's referencing.
However, 2 minutes of complete silence is more than a bit jarring to me. What's up with that silence, or is there sound so low I can't hear it?
Exactly. I'm also wondering if there's somehow more to the file? Like maybe we're supposed to convert it into another file type and look at it in another program? Maybe I'm just over-analyzing things here, but it nonetheless feels like a little game of sorts.
Or, it could just be as we've both said, and it could just be a semi-elaborate joke.

Hate the album art, doesn't matter, I like this kind of music anyways. I can always swap out the album art.
