The first one is pretty cool. Whatever they're mixing it with is really catchy. But it's got more than a handful of rough spots timing wise, and could use a bit more polish, I think. Just as Seth pointed out, the into is pretty b0rked and rough. It sets up a bad first impression, but it does pick up before it hits the end.
The second one, I don't get at all. I'm pretty sure I stumbled across it on Youtube before, too. Pinkie Pie's my fav, but seeing her face flipped over and over for a minute and a half isn't too interesting of video. And if the audio has anything to do with FiM, I'm missing it.
Man pinkies myomyom song takes me back to my childhood of blinx the timesweeper.

The winter-wrap up song was alright. There were a lot of.. -cough- questionable spots. But for the most part, it was pretty decent.

I think you guys are being really harsh on vid 1. The intervals between the original WWU and whatever anime song is behind it are really interesting, lending it an oddly melancholy aura with the cheerfulness of WWU still present. I really enjoyed it.

This. I found myself really enjoying the mashup for already said reasons.
The first song is from Vocaloid and usually features a voice program to imitate human singing. It's actually really interesting and I highly suggest you look into it. This song is by the most famous vocaloid, Hatsune Miku.
I really hope to see more VocaloidxPony mash ups like this in the future~
