It has been 10 years since our GLORIOUS bug queen made her first appearance and wowed us all with the Changeling race and it's sneaky, love-sucking ways. Despite most villains eventually falling for the good side by the end, Chrysalis stuck to her guns, lost her hive, and went full evil all the way to the end! Praise the queen!
To celebrate, we will have a hybrid art and fanfiction event. I know we don't have a ton of time to get submissions in, but if you find yourself bored over the next couple of days, we will be taking submissions for both fanfiction and art for Chrysalis. We won't be taking old things, so please don't send giant lists of old art. This will only be things created for Chrysalis's big anniversary! It could be a specific art piece or fanfiction about her 10th anniversary, or it can be a completely unique story or concept. It's up to you!
Submissions close at 12:00 PM on April 21st. Send them into Submit@equestriadaily.com with - CHRYSALIS 10TH ANNIVERSARY as the subject, followed by what it is, so CHRYSALIS 10TH ANNIVERSARY - FANFICTION for the fanfiction section (Include a Fimfiction or Google Doc link) and CHRYSALIS 10TH ANNIVERSARY - ART for art. (Include a Deviant Art, Twitter, Derpibooru, or whatever link).
