• Ponies Around the World 2021! Get Those Ponies In!

The world is slowly opening up as the various coronavirus vaccines do their work. We delayed this year's Ponies Around the World by a month to give it a bit more time, but I think it's safe to go ahead with it now that people are traveling again.

If you already know how this all works, you can find the submission stuff below! For everyone else, what is Ponies Around the World? This is a yearly event where you take a picture of your favorite pony toy at a major location around the world. It could be a famous bridge, a city park you live, a beautiful mountain way out in the Alaskan wilderness, whatever is named on a map! For examples, check out this post here. You then send the picture to us and we include it in a few big galleries of amazing places with cartoon horses in front of them.

As always, stay safe. If you aren't vaccinated, feel free to skip this event. We don't want anyone getting sick to take a silly picture. Anyway, continue below for rules!

    What is the deadline?

Submissions will close on 15th of August at 1:00 AM PST!

    What is required?

Any kind of camera and a pony toy, with some form of landmark, major location, or something else of interest. If you have no pony toys, print a pony out. If you have no printer, draw a pony!

    Can I include myself?

Only if you want to. Realize though, that your picture will be on the internet. It's recommended to just use a pony toy.

    Where do I submit?

We will be using our submission system.  Simply click the "Ponies Around the World: 2021" event and fill in the blanks with your entry.  Each person gets 3 submission this time around. If you need to use multiple images, collage them together. That works really well.

If you would like to film your creation and put it on Youtube,  toss the link in the "Page URL" section.  You will also need a direct image to go along with it though!

A tutorial for grabbing the DIRECT URL of an image can be found below:
