The road trip book saga continues with a temporary cover added to it's listing. The corner has a notice saying it hasn't been finalized, so we will probably get an update, but this matches much better with the new description citing that it's a road trip adventure starring the entire mane cast.
Will it be a future episode? We still don't know. For the first time in forever, season 9 hasn't really leaked much at all.
