You know, contrary to Seth's complaints, I actually like Doctor Whoof! That's why I'm in charge of the post for this really spiffy black and white sketchy comic thing. It looks really cool through the first two pages: very atmospheric and... well... Who-ish. I've never really found a better description for that series (actually, I have, but it's just the exclamation 'What!?'). Anywhoof, if this seems like your cup of tea, dive on in and look at the pretty pretty pictures.

The art's seems to go off-model a few times, but it's very impressive nonetheless.
I judge Dr. Whoof stuff on a case-by-case basis, and this seems to be turning into one of the better ones.
Still, that pony needs a non-Whovian interpretation, like Sepia Tock.

Good stuff. Explains a few things right off the bat and seems pretty much completely in character so far at least. And yes. Very Who-ish atmosphere.

I have trouble with staying focused on fanfictions. I only managed to read one. Maybe if more of them were comics instead....

I'm liking it so far, but why are the Vashta Nerada there? They only live in their forests?
I remember the shadows, they were pretty cool. Especially the meeting River part. As for how they got here, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe they magically snuck onto the TARDIS when the Doctor left the library and left when he got to Equestria? But that's pretty bad writing and I hope that's not it.
I'll give it a shot, but I'm not blinking while I read.

I still say the production team should get David Tennant to voice that character. Even just once. He doesn't have to be Doctor Whooves, he should just voice the character once.

Oh boy. Looks like the artist is putting one of their OC's into the story as one of the mane characters now. lol Also, dat Lunar Republic. :P I also find it odd that they ate Luna and she simply kept regenerating herself. Would have been more creepy if they had it where she had created more and more ponies for them to simply feast on constantly. lol Pinkie is doing science! And a Sonic Raindboom to transmit the sound via the sonic screwdriver, clever.

Also this comic is spectacular.
Nice, very nice. I greatly enjoyed it, though if I had to nitpick it was that the Doctor seemed to be able to make rather accurate conclusions with so little info, like the whole thing with the parasprites. Still, other than that little thing, it was still very good. I'm looking forward to whatever the author may do next.
Note: Once you get to part 17, open another tab and play "I am the Doctor". Makes the whole thing 20% more badass.
A great job! Love the artwork throughout, and the story was interesting and fun even for someone with only the slightest Doctor Who knowledge.
AS I mentioned before, it had a couple of things that bothered me, like the Lunar pony falling into the background and not having a resolution for her. It need some sort of epilogue.
Other than that, it is awesome.
I'm loving this so far! Bad Wolf Twilight and a reappearence from the Vashta Nerada. Awesome
