Great story!
Now I have that sea pony song in my head...damn....
I'll be briefer here than on dA.
Fun story, but ended pretty abruptly and seems to purposefully leave the READER (confound my typos) wanting more to happen. Stories like this CAN work well, if you leave a good emotion or idea or image when you end the scene. This was a "LETS GET READY TO GO" and then "WELP IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW."
Well I really liked this story. It was interesting to see a hippocampus in a story, though I was honestly expecting a seapony =0.
And I didn't really like how the story just ended. i would have like to see how the festival was like.
Nice way of retconning the Sea-Ponies into Hippocampus (which, interestingly, is what Seahorses are called in French).
