    1. Mafia? Terrorists? Hacking? This might be one of the more modern stories

    2. It's actually really cute and very well written. The premise sounds a little serious, but this is definitely a comedy.

    3. Nope, it's not modern, it's set in the same world and time period as FiM. I'm just playing a bit with the concept.

I'm convinced that if Hasbro wants to keep the brony fanbase indefinitely, they should do a spin-off show geared for teenage males, like Ben 10 or Generator Rex. 'Hackers with Hooves' is my humble entry into that genre. Expect plenty of cameos from FiM, a little more danger, and lots of friendship and fun.

    5. Please tell me you actually used real hacking-terms and not fake ones like most stories do :3

    6. Not a lot of hacking in the first episode. Besides, few hacking terms translate to Equestria well. :)

    7. This was a great modern story. Needs to be more like it.

    9. A spin-off starring OCs but with cameos from FiM?

      You're doing it right.

    10. Engels' politics sound rather incoherent.

Just like those of most political radicals, especially teenagers.

    11. it was pretty good, a few oddities in the writing early on but it smoothed out quick enough. the song really won me over. i could see this as a tween-teen show.

but, uhm, i kinda hate those shows. not mature enough to really get my interest up but not cute or funny enough to get me nostalgic. they usually sit firmly inbetween the two extremes i prefer. that being said, i wouldn't avoid reading this as i avoid certain other stories. i'm sorry if that's not the hoped for reaction.

    12. It's all good. Like anything else, some will love it and some will hate it. I'm just writing for fun. :)

Oh boy... You only get the extremes with THAT kind of hook.

    14. Sparks and Engels? Grooooaaaaannnn

    15. Engels is amusing. I like him. Dawnshadow needs a hug. Sparks is a pretty cool pony. And Pinkie (and Dashie) are awesome as always.

    16. Awesome stuff! I hope more comes from it, as I'd love to see more of these folks interacting with the mane 6 or not.
