I liked the first one a lot. Though the "what a magical place" just seems well, out of place. It just doesn't seem to flow with the rest of the song very much. Other than that it's catchy.
Second is catchy too. It's nice to have one with Rainbow Dash mixed in there. Unless I missed ones with rainbow mixed in.
Never really listened to the original Rainbow Factory so I sadly can't comment much on the last one.
