That was great!
Gilda had a great characterization, she was a perfect jerk with just a hint of depth that she herself chose to ignore.
Also Fluttershy confirmed for having a "being scared" fetish.
Pervert Fluttershy, jerky Gilda. I don't see how it could have been better done.
It does feel like the story got out of control, but that just means you're writing the characters well, and they have much better ideas on what to do then a silly old author person.
