One of my favorite ships.
The comments here seem to hint at a time when PinkieDash was the most popular ship, a position which seems to be held by AppleDash nowadays. It seems I found out about this show a few months too late.
Anyway, the story itself is really cute. Rainbow is a bit over the top emo at the beginning, but it's balanced out by the (literally) sweet interaction at the end.
