A mixture of keyboard, acoustic instruments and sounds from an atari combine impressively well here with some super earworm-y melodies. Check it out below!

Looks like this year has it's own share of licencees grabbing pony for their drinking things. These applejuice bottles from Good 2 Grow were spotted at Walmart. We don't yet know if there are Rainbow Dash and Twilight additions, which is weird since they are usually the main ones to get the merchandising deal.

The mane 6 families are done and explained at this point. We finally saw the last of them in season 7. With an upcoming episode targeting another pair of ponies (spoiler link), it looks like familial relations will continue onward into the 8th. Many a background horse and side pony hasn't yet shown us their home life!
So, who's it going to be? Should Celestia and Luna reminisce about their childhood and whatever pair of ponies (if they are even ponies) popped them out over a thousand years ago? Or maybe we need to meet Discords parents, and find out what caused him to be so loopy? What do you think your choice's parents will act like?

mikuma's music is just getting better and better, and here they've brought together a whole bunch of vocalists in this awesome future-influenced hip hop tune. The mellow instrumental beat works perfectly in combination with the vocals, which all the artists deliver excellently. Check it out below for a really cool track!

Frozen Night's orchestral works are easily some of my favourite in the fandom, and I especially enjoy it when he branches out into interesting directions with it. That's exactly what's been done here, with some lovely use of eastern-influenced sounds to create a bit of a different atmosphere to his usual works. The second half of the track is a little more conventional, but is suitably epic as it rises to a fantastic crescendo. Check it out below the break!

Description: Sometimes it's fun to play the damsel in distress. Princess Celestia knows this better than most. Usually it works out fine. I mean, really, she could have escaped at any time, but Twilight and her friends have been so effective in the past that this time, well, Celestia may have let things get out of hoof. It was all fun and games until she got unceremoniously tossed into Tartarus. Even then, it wouldn't have been so bad; she's a goddess, after all. But alas, Tartarus is not Equestria, and Celestia is not all she could be when trapped there. Even worse, it appears that she didn't get thrown into The Pit alone. Now, a mostly-mortal Celestia and her faithful student must traverse the wilds of Tartarus, the fabled prison of all the things that were deemed too monstrous, too disturbing, too outright dangerous for world they know. Surely an exit will present itself...
