Holiday Aurora Plushies Hitting Stores for Christmas

Joining TY from a few weeks ago, Aurora has started dropping their holiday lineup of plushies with the fluffy blue hats. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie were spotted at a Hallmark store. I'm sure they will be at just about every small gift shop around the country though eentually.

(Updated) Are Official PONY ROBOTS on the Way? New Trademark Filing from Hasbro - EQUESTRON

Something very strange is coming out of the Trademark offices. A new filing from Hasbro a few days ago reveals a new line of "Toy action figures and accessories for use therewith" going by the name of EQUESTRON.


As with all these Trademark grabs over the years, we have no idea yet what it actually is. Big theories right now are a Transformers crossover line, real life ForReal Friends style pony pets, or just straight up pony robots. Considering we got the Power Ponies, and also considering that Hasbro does pay attention to fan art, it wouldn't be too surprising to get an all-bot cast for a sci-fi episode next season.

Update: looks like Hasbro filed more listings for MININAUTS at the same time, probably pointing this toward something to do with that, and not pony.

Music: Ponytronic - Resumption (Protocat Remix) [Drum & Bass]

Part of Ponytronic's imminent Impetuous Views Remix/Orchestral Suite album, this remix of his track Resumption from Protocat is a pretty welcome addition. Featuring some solid d&b drums, a nice wobbling bass and, most welcome, some great integration of vocal chops that fit snugly into the mix, this is a pretty neat reinterpretation of what was initially, for the most part, a much more chillout-oriented tune. Make sure to give it a listen below!

Integrity Toys Releases Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie Dolls

Integrity Toys has added Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy to their store page for anyone collecting these guys. Each clocks in at $130 even. A Limit of 500 each are being created for both.

Japan Running Another Big Pony Event - Cutie Mark Christmas

Hasbro is apparently ramping up the marketing over in Japan again with a big "Cutie Mark Christmas" event run by ESSPRIDE. The festivities have already begun and last all the way until January 10th, with pop-up stores, custom merchandise, and a bunch of candies and sweets. Most if it is completely unique to the region.

2017 Twisty Twirly Pony Brushables Appear on Entertainment Earth

Another set of brushables from the new set have appeared over on Entertainment Earth for pre-order. They come in a pack including the full wave, with all three ponies above for $26.99. Shipping starts in January, so for the first time in a while it wont be a half a year wait!
