There are so many possible ships in this fandom, but if you could only chose one, which ship is best? How do you think the characters would do together? Would you implement the ships into the show if you were in charge?
My personal favorite ship would be AppleDash, because both Applejack and Rainbow Dash work so well with each other. It's also emphasized in the final episode that they are together, so I think the AppleDash ship makes the most sense to me. Feel free to tell me otherwise if you desire ;)

With a fandom full of ponies comes lots of pony related conventions. Who would've guessed? Out of all the conventions you've ever attended (if any), which one was your favorite? Were there any specific events that stuck out? Did you meet cool people/hang out with friends at the con? Any notable merch you bought?
My personal favorite con was TrotCon 2022 (which was also my first con, yes I'm a newbie). I had a great time and got to meet up with some fantastic people. It was one of the best weekends of my life, and I do plan to go to more cons in the future.

Source What's your favorite race of character in G4? They all have their own unique charm, but some are clearly better than others (sorry Yak fans).
My favorite are the Kirin; I really like their scales and tails. They are distinct enough from normal pony to have their own cool style, but they retain all the normal pony cuteness. Autumn Blaze is also just one of the best character designs in the show (I'd say it's just my opinion, but I think it's pretty objective (: ).

Remember when we had these weird bipedal Pinkie plushies popping up? Hasbro has struggled a lot on the plush pony front over the years. Hell, even the early fandom had tons of trouble converting the front view of a 2d pony to a 3d plushie. We've mastered it at this point, but there was a lot of chaos leading up to the crazy lifesize masterpieces we have in 2023.

A lot of people were not too happy when Twilight became an alicorn in Magical Mystery Cure, but despite that, Princess Twilight added a lot to the story of G4. How do you suppose G4 would've ended if Twilight remained a unicorn? Would the finale be the same with a different meaning, or would it have even happened at all? Would the show have even produced 9 seasons?
There was also that theory a few years back that G4 would've ended after season 3, so if Twilight hadn't become princess, G4 could've just ended after Magical Mystery Cure. I honestly think if the show ended after season 3, this fandom wouldn't be quite as big as it is now. It's even possible a different version of G5 could've taken its place. Drop your thoughts below!

The new episode of My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale, "Hot Day, Huh?", has been released! This episode was written by Gretchen Mallorie.
The testing of multi-language audio tracks appears to have ended, and the video on the English-language My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale YouTube channel only has English audio, unlike the last two episodes.

Final Dashie and Derpy art Now that r/place is all over, we can look back on all the amazing artwork that we created. We certainly had a rough time of it this year (as we did last year), but we still managed to come out on top! The 29 under Derpy is the raid count. There was actually another raid right at the end, making the final raid count 30.

The year is 2024. Hasbro has announced that Generation 4 will be returning... but there's a huge surprise! All of the mares are now stallions! It's a rule 63 edition and your favorite horses are now box jawed.
Do you think this would work at all in the pony fandom? Or is part of the reason why we love this show so much just due to the fact that MARE is superior in every way? Would you watch it at all?

/r/place is officially over, and after almost a week of nonstop rebuilding, the final image has been released. Pony took a TON of spots this year, including a huge achievement over in the giant "FUCK SPEZ" sign that kinda marked the end of the colorful era before it shifted into black and white. The Discord remix will be forever entombed on the biggest spotlight of the event!
There were some big pony spots, along with loads of tiny ones. I've grabbed the big ones and a few of the groups of tiny ones, but you can probably find more minor pony positions if you really look hard at the full map.
Anyway, go get the major final spots below!
