A new semi-animated comic project called Legendz of Magic has released it's first episode. At thirteen minutes, its a pretty good start! It also has a Z at the end, so you know its neat.
Check out their twitter page if you want to keep updated on the second episode, and find this one after the break!

Someone from Ruckus tossed a few comment replies out over on Cereal's review of the "Things that go Bump in the Night" app. It sounds like some cool stuff is on the way.
First off, Derpy will be returning in future installments. She wasn't included in the recent ones, but they know we love her.
The second big one is the upcoming Android version. I personally don't have an iOS device, so this is really good news!
And last, and definitely not least, these stories are apparently based off of actual episodes. Take that for what you will, but we haven't seen some of these yet. Maybe they will be found in a future season? Who knows!
We will be running an event here soonish to give away a bunch of these, so keep an eye out! -
Judging by the drawfriend posts, I'm pretty sure you guys love Chrysalis. Jayson revealed the actual designer of the character over on his Twitter Page. All I have to say is, Rebecca Dart is a badass.
Check out her Twitter here, and give her some thanks! -
Dabu, the creator of She Reads all day has released another of his character specific PMV's, this time dedicated to Fluttershy and her tree obsession.
Check it out after the break!

[Shipping] [Comedy] [Slice of Life]
Author: Ivory Piano
Description: Big Macintosh's life has taken a surprising turn in the form of a pink pony with a penchant for partying. But even amongst all the gossip and the dozens of parties appearing on his calendar, he still manages to live the same life he’s always lived (to a certain degree). However, sometimes it’s not the great big changes that are the most affecting.

They're, um... investigating the bottom of... shut up, I need more Cadance!
And the folks at Equestrian Dreamers are now confident enough to set a release date for just such a demo: May 5. Yes, Cinco de Mayo, the perfect time to buy a lot of Corona (the preferred beer of sun princesses everywhere!), get smashed, and solve pony mysteries. If you're not excited by this, you either need to check out the video below the break, or you're the culprit. Hmmmm... I'd better keep my eye on this one...

Season 2 Finale Sets Rating Records!
by Calpain
The Royal Wedding was quite the epic bash and apparently a lot of people out there thought so as well! According to numbers released by Hasbro the finale brought in record setting numbers for the Hub, garnering the best-ever audience numbers of any series on the Hub in several key demographics!
Check out some of these numbers:
The first episode of the two-part “My Little Pony Friendship is Magic” Royal Wedding Event (Saturday, 1-1:30 p.m. ET) was The Hub’s best-ever telecast in network history with Kids 6-11, Kids 2-11 and Households. It was the second-best ever among Persons 2+.
The first episode earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+1047%, 218,000), Kids 2-11 (+1100%, 336,000), Women 18-49 (+140%, 36,000), Adults 18-49 (+102%, 95,000), Persons 2+ (+369%, 483,000) and Households (+286%, 363,000).
The second episode (1:30-2 p.m. ET) was second-best telecast in The Hub’s history with Kids 6-11 and Households, ranking third best-ever with Kids 2-11.
The second episode earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+654%, 211,000), Kids 2-11 (+487%, 311,000), Women 18-49 (+80%, 36,000), Adults 18-49 (+46%, 104,000), Persons 2+ (+157%, 475,000) and Households (+130%, 341,000).
This is excellent news and really shows how much the program has grown since it's premiere. I still remember a time when we were worrying if the show was doing well enough for us to even see a second season. But not only is MLP performing wonderfully, several other shows have seen gains in viewership as well which can only mean good things for the Hub!
For more in-depth info on the Finale's performance and on the performance of the other Hub shows check out the full report here. -
Blue-Paint-Sea over on Deviant Art has created this really neat season two version of the Comic-Con poster from last year. There are a couple of characters missing, but for the most part everyone is present and accounted for.
I wonder if the upcoming Comic-Con will have a new official one? I can't wait to see what they do with MLP there outside of the contest mentioned earlier.
Anyway, check this poster out here, or use this link for the massive sized one (Warning: Old computers probably wont like this link!) -
The MLP Facebook page has announced a new design contest for all you creative people out there. They haven't released any specific information on it, other than the winner being announced as an actual figure for Comic-Con International. Apparently Zebras are also eligible though, considering Zecora seems to be taking the reigns as contest mascot.
Check out their wall here, and the specific post here! -
You guys really seem to like Chrysalis. It's slowly going to her head! She has roots in Trixie too, so you might want to slow it down before we have another new EQD mascot to drive you all nuts with!
Anyway, have some moreChrysalisDrawfriend stuff.

Vocal/Remix Music: Scootaloo's Song / This Day Aria (instrumental) / This Day Aria - Piano
by Sethisto
We have a Scootaloo vocal original, an orchestral style This Day Aria, and we finish off with something a bit different. Someone has created some relatively basic sheet music for the song. Check the description of that one for it!
1.) Scootaloo's Song (Dreaming, Waiting)
2.) MLP: This Day Aria (instrumental)
3.)
This Day Aria - Piano (SHEET MUSIC IN DESCRIPTION)

This is the first snow globe custom we have seen. It even plays music. I'm surprised at the lack of Shining Armor and Cadence couple stuff coming in. I'm almost relieved she hasn't been shipped with the mane 6 in some way shape or form yet. You guys are doing good for once! Keep at it, and Rainbow Dash might grow her dignity back!
Check the video demonstration for this thing out after the break.
