Who knew Trixie was so touchy feely? There is a lot more to her than you see at first glance, eh?
Evening guys, chat time!

In an article spotlighting Paul Blair (AKA DJ White Shadow), Popcrush let slip a tiny nugget of pony information. Blair was the producer behind Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" and "Artpop" albums, and apparently has a hand in the pony movie. Unfortunately the entire extent of their cartoon horse section was one line, so we don't have any information on what exactly his job entails there, but it's interesting to see such high end talent hopping on board. We already know Daniel Ingram and Will Anderson are still on board, so it will be interesting what this guy brings to the table.
We will let you all know if we find anything else. Until then, time for speculating!
Thanks to Damon for the heads up.

Our monthly Applejack Quota requires more of her! So lets get some header going.

With all of the new and amazing animation expected in the new movie it makes perfect sense that it will also getting an art book as well! Announced by VIZ Media and coming out in August 2017 we have a chance to get a look at the movie before it releases in theaters in October.
Thanks to Slifer and LoboNox for letting us know on Twitter! Get the original tweet after the break!

Nevermourn is back with a new drum & bass track, this one with a lot of neuro sound design throughout. Some nice plucks and risers help to give it a kind of ominous feel, and there's a steady flow throughout the whole piece. Some reverberating plucks and occasional bass sounds give some respite from the percussion, before it rolls back in to lift off in flight once more. Check it out below the break!

Time to try out a new feature on Equestria Daily!
I know from skimming the comments sections here that one of the biggest concerns for the comics is how well they are doing. From a sales standpoint, I mean. An estimated sales standpoint, but something worth looking at nonetheless.
In this series, we'll be plunging deep into Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. monthly indexed sales esitmates as they appear on www.comichron.com. What does that mean? John Miller—owner of Comichron—explains the whole thing right here. It's an informative read into some of the more obscure history of the comic industry, and specifically Diamond Comic Distributors.
What will we discover? The numbers that show how My Little Pony has been fairing at IDW. How often will this be updated? Diamond Releases their estimated figures every month, so about once a month… shortly after Comichron has been updated and when not doing Pony History (more on that in a minute). What will those numbers prove? Aside from trends in the market, I'll leave that for you to decide. I'll just present the information as it appears from Comichron.
For those of you wondering how the My Little Pony comics have been doing in the past, you'll just have to wait a little longer. There's going to be a new Pony History segment opening up which will cover that very topic.
After the break, you can check out how IDW's My Little Pony comics faired against the rest of their comic offerings in March of 2017. Be sure to tell us what you think about this below!

You've probably been just as bombarded as we have with the Unicorn Frappuccino stuff going on right now. Star Bucks dropped the glittery sugarbomb earlier this week, and it has become yet another viral internet trend. One particular bonus is the addition of MLP figures, as seen above from a trio of Sonoma police officers.
Of course, pony show staffers are getting in on it too:
Thanks to Robert, Scootaloo, Ron, and everyone else for sending it over the past few days.

The Russian pony community has created another really cool animation project! Taking place way back during the early days of Equestria when Celestia and Luna are still young, the Ballad of Princess Platinum shows their interactions with the old Princess Platinum that Rarity played during Hearths Warming.
Anyway, go get it below!

It looks like the next installment in the Build a Bear lineup of pony plushies has finally been revealed. Big Mac is 100% an online exclusive complete with yoke right out of the box unlike others where you need to spend more for accessories.
He's up on Build-A-Bear now. Get it over here! (Update: And UK Here)
Thanks to Babs Bunny for the image.

Trixie would totally mess with Sunburst's head like this I imagine. Poor guy.
