Hasbro's MLP Booth Video - Time for Lyra!

Can this day get any better? Not only are we getting Zecora, Nightmare Moon, Trixie, White Celestia, and Scratch, but also a bunch of other awesomeness.

This video gives a better perspective of the ones announced earlier, as well as revealing a new LYRA.  (Or heartstrings).

Zynga and Hasbro Become Bros

This actually popped up in my box a day or two ago, but it took Joystiq to make me realize the possible implications of it.  We may see some... interesting pony games on the horizon.  For those that aren't too familiar with gaming companies, Zynga is the creator of Farmville, Mafia Wars, and a whole mess of others that cause even the most dedicated soccer moms to forget to pick up their kids from school.  Seriously, these games are built from the ground up to hook you.

Combine that with pony...  The human race is doomed.

This doesn't actually guarantee anything FiM related though.  Zynga is also pretty well known for their scrabble knockoff, "Words with Friends".   Hasbro owns an armada of board games that are just begging to invade mobile devices and facebook pages everywhere.  My guess would be a focus on those, but maybe we will see the pegasus version of Battleships instead?

The poor Apple Family... They just can't handle this new fangled technology thing.  At least Applebloom seems eager to experiment with it.  Soon enough she will have her snout buried in an ipad all day, playing ridiculous simulators and puzzle games.  The future of Sweet Apple Acres is bleak indeed... Cadance and Shining Armor: Back to Season Two?

Confound these ponies, why won't they just make up their mind? A few days ago an article in the Wallstreet Journal seemed to imply that Cadance and Shining Armor were scheduled for a fall release.  It looks like they are actually coming out in the Spring according to the MLP Facebook page.  I guess this means these two actually are our season finale? I guess only time will tell!

Celestia is Finally White + AWESOME New Ponies! (Trixie!)

Our prayers have finally been answered! Hasbro has officially unveiled a white Celestia! As some of you may have gathered from the giant Pinkie Pie invading New York, the 2012 Toy Fair is currently in it's setup stages.  But because we have been begging for a correctly colored sun princess for such a long time, Hasbro actually sent this to us directly - as an exclusive - way before the unveiling.  That's right guys, they DO love us bronies.

A few more new toys are up at the My Little Pony Facebook Page, including a  DJ pony, Zebra, and Nightmare Princess that I'm sure you will all appreciate more than anything! CHARGE!

Holy Twilight Sparkle, I didn't even see the GREAT and POWERFUL TRIXIE. That's it, my goals in this fandom are over.  I'm buying 30 and moving to Alaska to live off penguins and brush manes for the rest of my life.

These are all going to be Toys R' Us exclusives, so I hope you guys live near one! Maybe we can bombard their website and run them out of stock for a few months like the blindbag set? 

I am going to buy 300 Glow in the Dark Zecoras, seriously.
