For all the important people out there, Rainbow Rocks had a big ol' premiere over on Hollywood. I'll be the first to admit that I'm terrible with celebrity culture as a whole, so the only one I recognize is Jamie Foxx here. I bet a bunch of you know these people though!
Daily Mail has listed them all out. Go check it over here.
Thanks to Subarbanbanshee for the heads up! -

Kazumi Evans!
Earlier this evening, Tabitha St. Germain went to Twitter and informed all her followers that Kazumi Evans was the voice actress in Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks! I'm sure many of you will have something to say about this, so go ahead and leave it in the comments below.
Thanks to ManeShadow for sending this tip in. -
Luna in armor. Not many other ponies wear it as well as she does.

A response from the VP of development over at Hasbro Studios reveals that we may be seeing printed versions of those artistic versions of the characters mentioned earlier. As for when, how, or what ones we will see, it's probably going to be a while before information pops up there.
Thanks to Levi for the heads up! -
I think we can all confirm that filly luna in all of her forms is adorable. Now combine that with her doing cute things. It's a black hole of heart attacks.

Two theater days have gone by (the only days for most theaters, with the ones here in AZ only doing a single day), and many without access to it have ventured into the world of low quality streams due to the flood of spoilers currently taking over the internet. While people continue to watch it, lets get some discussion going!
And for those still on the fence about actually watching it (8% according to the poll on the side bar), I'm going to go ahead and highly recommend you just give it a shot. It's no secret here that I wasn't a fan of the idea of humanizing the ponies and sending them to high school. I started EQD because I liked the world of Equestria and it's pony inhabitants after all. For me the concept of a doll line just sounded like the usual corporate cash grab, and chances are it probably was initially. Luckily there is a separation between executives chasing stock prices and creatives, and the creatives made it work and then some.
So give it a shot. It can't hurt right?
Below the break, SPOILERS.
We will be doing an actual review later (Ferret and Kryptonlogic are currently working on it), but I'm going to drop my bullet point style below.
And in the comments, what did you think of the movie? Now go!

Without revealing too much, Rainbow Rocks had some awesome stuff to start us off. Ishi Rudell over on Twitter has revealed the guy that boarded and layed out the intro sequence. If you want to go give him some thumbs up tweet style, that can be done over here!
And on the other side of the movie, the credits had some very interesting art. Ishi revealed that Katrina Hadley was behind that. You can toss her some love over here!
This movie is surprising a lot of people. As someone who was right with you guys when Equestria Girls was first announced a year and a half ago, It's growing on me fast.
Thanks to Andrew for sending it. -

Just as a general heads up, It looks like the movie has made it's way over to Youtube in a low quality cam rip form. If you wanted to avoid spoilers until a high quality version is officially released, keep those filters on wherever you browse for pony.
I'm sure it will be flooding just about everywhere over the next day, until it gets axed at least. Loads of people either couldn't make the 10am showing, didn't have a theater nearby, or live outside the USA and Canada, so expect a lot of screencaps everywhere.
Thanks to the swarm in the submit box that let us know!
