The animator behind a bunch of projects we have seen, including Dinky's Destiny, has released a new animatic for an upcoming project called Moonbow. The idea here is a continuation on Dinky, but with a better script - which should make the people that disliked it happy. I don't think anyone was complaining about the art behind it.
Anyway, get Moonbow's animatic teaser below!

The Source Film Maker community didn't slack off at all in 2015, taking skills and upgraded models from years of 3D pony domination, and turning them into some of the most epic videos we've seen yet! There is a lot of flexibility with so many people being able to contribute to making these work, and with tutorials popping up everywhere, hopefully we continue to see this side of the fandom keep growing as the years roll on by!
Below the break, we have our pick for the top 10 best SFM videos of the year, covering everything from the crushing feels, to adrenaline filled combat. There is something for everyone.
Go get them! And share any we missed in the comments!

It looks like Starlight is here to stay if the fandom has any say in it. Some want her to join the mane 6, while others hope she plays a more Zecora roll. I do love me some GlimGlim
And a new poll from Harwick!

Will we ever get an episode spotlighting Zecora here? It has been five seasons and we still don't have anything involving zebras in any way. I actually expected it with the whole "explore equestria" idea in season 5.
Note: Some people have emailed me worried that we aren't posting enough canon ponies now with an OC pony section. This is not the case. Drawfriend posts have no caps in images. We grab as much as we possibly can each day. There are just a lot of OC ponies being drawn lately.
Onward to more art!

The extended preview is up for FiM #38 via Comic Book Resources. It looks like it's going to be an interesting issue to say the least considering what the story seems to be about.
Of course, any chance we get at seeing the CMC learn something new is going to be interesting. Especially now that they have their cutie marks… one the show at any rate. This is probably going to be the last hurrah for the blank flank CMC! So let's see if it can live up to the standard of a classic adventure starring Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Apple Bloom!
Judging by the preview, I would have to say yes to that!
As always, you can find the preview after the break!
Special thanks to Chevistian1, Mansem, and everyone else for the heads up!

Hearthbreakers may have aired over three months ago, which is AGES in pony time, but that doesn't mean we aren't still celebrating all of the new characters it added. Two families came together, with one side being completely fleshed out to match their (possible) Apple Family cousins. How does a writer cope with such a giant task? How does one handle 10 characters all getting some love in a single scene?
Nick Confalone, the writer behind it, decided to release a few notes showing off what exactly went into doing just that. Head on down below for it!

After an epic start to a show that was confusing most of us, it was time for a much more down to earth, slice-of-life style episode for Friendship is Magic to help flesh it's characters out a bit more. The Ticket Master was actually considered the "Unofficial pilot", since Hasbro seemed to be passing out free discs of it with just about everything. Brushables included one, the first molded set had it, promo events had it playing in the background, and I think they even tossed it up on Hubworld super early. It's no surprise that a lot of people actually started some Grand Galloping Gala teasing.
This series isn't specifically about the early fandom reactions, but since I was there, I'll partly do that for my half. Calpain might do something a bit different once he gets back and takes over next week.
Anyway, below the break, get 10 interesting scenes, and go rewatch some TICKET MASTER!
