Cover Music: YourEnigma - On Hold (Wasteland Wailers Cover) / BG & Baasik - Faster Than You Know (DoTheDaringDew Cover) / 4EverfreeBrony - Even More Awesome Than Me
by ExplodingPonyToastSome pretty awesome covers here! First up The Wasteland Wailers, with excellent vocals from Brittany Church, take on YourEnigma's hit song On Hold. It's been artfully turned into an emotional acoustic piece, with some great backing vocals too. The second one is a cover from DoTheDaringDew celebrating 350 subs with an awesome pop rock cover of Black Gryph0n and Baasik's classic Faster Than You Know. It's a little shaky at the start, but the chorus especially is terrifically performed and this is certainly the best I've heard from him by far. Lastly, 4Everfree has ponified a song by Death Cab for Cutie, with some pretty neat lyricism and great vocals as always. Give them all a listen below!

A couple of weeks ago, the newest My Little Pony comic book series launched from IDW Publishing! To help ring in the new series, Equestia Daily had the honor to sit down and interview IDW Comic Editor Bobby Curnow about the new series.
After the break you'll find a peek behind the scene into the creation of the new series, what some of the major themes in the comic are, and hints of what's to come later this year! See you there!

IDW MLP Artist Sara Richard Auctioning Off Signed 1:125 RIC Cover to FIENDShip is Magic #1
by The Illustrious Q
This is the single rarest My Little Pony Comic Cover that was ever commercially available. It was a 1 in 125 chase variant for the entire FIENDShip is Magic event-series (meaning you had to order 25 copies of each issue in the series to get this cover). It sold out instantly, much to the frustration of everyone who was trying to complete the Sugar Skulls cover set for the series. The last time this cover showed up for sale anywhere was at the BronyCon 2016 charity auction where it sold for over $600.
For those of you looking for this particular comic issue, MLP Cover Artist Sara Richard has tossed up her last copy onto ebay! What's more, Sara has also decided to donate 10% of the proceeds of this auction to 505 Horse Rescue and & Retirement Ranch, which is as the name implies a charity whose mission is to save as many horses who are victims of abuse, abandonment, or neglect in the world as possible.
A My Little Pony Comic is raising money to support a horse charity. I absolutely love this idea. If you're interested in bidding on this comic and want to try and get the cover, you can bid on the comic here!

Frozen Night is back for one last instalment in the incredible Magic of Nature EP full of gorgeous and lush ethnic orchestral soundscapes. This one is a lot more progressive and steady in nature, coming in at 7 minutes long. If anything, this just makes the beauty of the piece last longer - which I'm more than happy with! Give it a listen below, and you'll see what I mean!

Oh, Canada! What the hay?
I can handle you accelerating the release dates so that I get write an episode followup on a Monday. But nobody, and I mean nobody, messes with geometry!
What? The ol' rectangle wasn't good enough for you? Had to add a dozen other sides while you were at it? Your iconic maple leaf is lovely but you've crossed a line.
I mean, what's next? Aside from spoilers, should I expect you go after another classic shape after the break?

Could it really be? A Celestia AND Luna episode? It's almost too good to be true! Even Tia and Luna are surprised.
The same person who gave us the episode titles for episodes 9-13 has posted about the synopsis for A Royal Problem which was episode 10 on his list and apparently it is the long sought after Luna and Celestia episode. As this list was independently verified by a reliable source on our side of things this synopsis might have a bit of truth to it!
Still, until we get confirmation from a scheduling source like Zap2It, consider this a rumor for now! Hopefully not some sort of cruel rumor at that.
Get the synopsis after the break!

Morning Discussion #841
by Calpain
I wonder where else we'll see Thorax this season or in future season. It would be nice to see what the reformed changelings do in Equestria and what their abilities are.
Morning guys, ready to chat?
