Tripon's aggressive neuro-style drum & bass works have been improving consistently throughout the year, and the culmination of that is undoubtedly his new Villains EP. Featuring tracks for each of the main MLP villains, the variety of his soundscapes is well shown through the EP. This first release, centred around Discord, is dark and full of glitch-y sound design that fits his chaotic persona. Check it out below!

I know I posted Rarity yesterday, but when you get another great pic in your inbox it's hard not to share her fabulousness.
Even guys, ready for the weekend?

The mystery of Starlight's past had recieved another boost out of Friendship is Magic writer Josh Haber. When asked about her parents and if they were ever included in the scripts of "The Cutie Re-Mark or "The Crystalling", he responded that she was a "Latch-Key-Kid".
Apparently, that means they weren't around much. She was left alone without any parental supervision, or return home to an empty house. Kinda like Scootaloo if the books are any indication. Maybe we will see some of that explored in season 8?

Damien Nagy has started up a pretty cool audiobook/music project called Erebys about Luna's struggle to fit back into society upon return from the moon. This song from it has some really nice guitar throughout, and Tina's vocals fit excellently, singing in french throughout. You can check out the version with Damien's own vocals here, and a bit more of an explanation of what this 'mp3 Saga' style of work is from my friend Makenshi here. Otherwise, check out the music below!

A few people have recommended I start splitting these off even though Discovery leaked them, so split off I shall! The next Equestria Girls Short has been uploaded by Hasbro. Head on down below the break to check out "Pinkie Sitting".

Filly In The Box has another track out, and that means more infectiously enjoyable vocal chopping, and an interesting combination of composition and sound design. This one has a bit more of a focus on the chords, with great lead synths interspersed through the drop amongst the vocals. Check it out below!
