Hardstyle Music: Royalpony - Solar Empire (Daybreaker) / Feral FurE - Epic Wub Time
by ExplodingPonyToastTime for some hardcore music! First up Royalpony delivers a heavy hardstyle track inspired by Daybreaker. A big rawstyle kick and aggressive synth sounds build up to some anthemic chords that give a pretty epic atmosphere to the piece. The second track, from Feral FurE, is an ode to Epic Wub Time, full of vocal samples and vocal chops from the iconic animation, and starts out as a heavy hardstyle rave piece before throwing in a crazy old-school dubstep drop towards the end. Check them both out below the break!

After his big debut in The Perfect Pear and how much buzz that created around the fandom, it's not too surprising that William Shatner may have heard of some of our more wild-west sides of the fandom. He slapped a tweet up about wandering over to 4chan's /mlp/ board, one of our craziest places out there. Apparently he spent a bit of time there digging around, as he had a followup tweet on his journey into oblivion.
Head on down below for screencaps!

Candyland seems fitting for pony. I'm surprised we didn't have this sooner. A new edition has been spotted over on eBay dedicated to the My Little Pony movie. I better see this thing on Tabletop Simulator later this year!
You can find the listing here, but it doesn't actually have the image there.
Thanks to Genevie and Miak for the heads up.

Vylet's releases from his album keep coming, with another fantastic piece. This one is more in his 'My Past Is Not Today' synthpop style, where the drop is full of heavy chords punctuated by gorgeous little synth sounds. The vocals through the track are terrific, and the parts between the big sections are very nicely laid out with good ambience and excellent mixing. Check it out below the break!

Well, here we are. The third and final Equestria Girls special. Many folks also considered this one their most anticipated of the three due to the interesting synopsis. That synopsis including some rather intriguing character interactions. Seeing the characters in ways we haven't for quite some time. Or even in ways we haven't seen them at all period!
This is Cobalt Comet bringing you the Equestria Girls special followup finale and my first official followup at that. Come join me after the break!

A State Of Sugar Music: Nevermourn - Nighttime Aria [Liquid Drum & Bass] / Lunar Drift - Starlight [Progressive Rock]
by ExplodingPonyToastWith the release of the recent Lollipop album from A State Of Sugar comes awesome music! Here are a couple of my favourites from the album. First up Nevermourn delivers probably his strongest work yet, a gorgeous liquid drum & bass tune driven along by some excellent use of vocal chops throughout. The second piece a progressive rock-style piece from Lunar Drift, who's slayed it with some great use of guitar and Starlight Glimmer voice samples. Check them both out below!

The movie setup continues, with the Stormy Road to Canterlot book now appearing on Amazon with audio option. It's a bit pricier than the eBook at $13.38, but if you are a multitasker like me, sometimes it's worth it.
The description is pretty much the movie's description, but you can find that below.

I think this is my favorite of the Wind Waker ponies so far! Pinkie seems to fit in that world quite nicely I must say.
