Filly in the Box has been on fire recently, and this trend continues with another heavy track dominated by powerful bass design. The Pinkie Pie vocal chops help to set the tone of the track before the distorted-feeling bass sounds come in to drive it forward with some great energy and compositional design. Definitely worth checking out if you like the heavy stuff!

Legends of Equestria will be running a release schedule later in the year that allows them to slowly trickle people into the permanent beta of their game. Staggering out the release allows them to build a base of feedback and testers that are interested in improving the world through each stage.
If you want in on it, head on over to their application page. This will be primarily focused on people looking to test, so if you aren't willing to do that, save the spots for other people.
The actual L.A.R. period begins in Decedmber
You can find the full announcement over here.
Thanks to Harrison, Chicago, and everyone else for sending it!

I call that the OPPOSITE of a modern day internet headline. This was actually answered last month, but a lot of people are still asking about it and apparently we already had an official answer out of Big Jim. It turns out Chrysalis had a voice change for the astounding reason of... making her easier to understand. It turns out some people were worried that her modified buggy voice wouldn't be clear enough for some people to get.
Mystery SOLVED!
Now someone find out why Trixie got an extra eye dot. She always had one eye dot, even within the same season! Is it really Trixie? Or an IMPOSTER?
Thanks to Brawny Buck for the heads up.

Remember when we thought the EG mini shorts were going to be long involved things like those old Rainbow Rocks shorts from a while ago? Good times. I love dreaming.
Unfortunately, they are pretty short. Go get the newest one "Pillow Fight" below!

Back to the 70's with Vinyl Scratch! Or 70's in Equestria where they had MP3 players and compact discs.

Expect the movie news to come in a flood, because it is now officially less than a year away! We have some new information gleaned from one of the animators on the project, Michel Gegne. This has been rumored pretty heavily for a while now, but now everything is completely confirmed. The My Little Pony Movie will be using Toon Boom "Harmony" instead of the usual Flash we see with the show.
What does this mean? Lets dive into it below!

I bet a lot of you have seen that Rainbow Dash before. She pretty much went "viral" in pony a while back. In fact, quite a few of today's spotlit artist's pieces have been spread everywhere with massive praise. No matter what side of the fandom you follow, it's almost unavoidable to run into a pony drawn my Leviru!
Her style is one that takes our already cute ponies and fluffs them up to an even greater level of appeal. On top of that, she draws at a pace that means you might see 3-4 new high quality drawings a week! What better target for some spotlighting and interviewing?
Anyway, go get a bunch of art and an interview with Leviru below!

We've seen a lot of random ornament sets over the years, and 5Below tends to have one. This year we have another pack of them, with all the ponies up above available, including some season one Luna.
As always with this stuff, the holiday themed things can vary store to store, so call before you make the trip.
Thanks to Kira for the heads up.

Music: Versal - Please Don't Shoot Me Down (feat. Buffalo Brony & Silver Note) [Hip-Hop]
by ExplodingPonyToastInitially a parody ponification cover of Lil Wayne's Shoot Me Down by Versal, Dubious and Rhyme Flow, here Buffalo Brony has enlisted the help of Silver Note to completely redo it, and it sounds much the better for it! Silver Note's vocals on the chorus are fantastically done, and the new second verse added by Buffalo shifts the tone of the piece to be about Lightning Dust, which works really well in my opinion. Make sure to check it out below if that sounds like something you'd be into! -
