There isn't a whole lot of information coming in about the new MLP card game from Gen Con, other than a pile of banners and window clings advertising it. I'm assuming that is due to everyone currently playing away at it, as the images above show.
Hopefully as the con continues on, we will get a bit more information going. Thanks to CrazyToyCollector for the first one!
