With Rarity opening a shop in Manehattan I wonder if we'll see a return of Suri? She probably has quite a grudge against Rarity after being humiliated and losing her apprentice.

How does one start a revolution? By playing on the faultlines, the divisions between the strong and the weak, the poor and the rich, the haves and the have-nots. The fractures along which, with the right pressure, a society can fail.
It happened, once, to a land now all but forgotten. And it is happening again.
Discontent spreads amidst the great walled cities of the Mare Veritas as the powers that be fight to keep what they have stolen. Thrust into the midst of this conflict is a group of ponies that would seem to have as little in common as the sun and the moon. But they will have to put their differences aside, for an enemy more ancient than the land itself is waking, bringing with it memories of the failure that doomed the old world to annihilation. It knows them, their fears, their hopes, and their failures. And it knows what they have only just begun to suspect: that all of this has happened before.
But there is still hope, for even in a world of shadow and fear, true friendships never fade.

Custom makers always surprise with their skill! It takes a lot of forethought to take a base you have and convert it into a convincing version of another pony. Well done!

Thanks to some investigative digging by fans we've gotten a peek at Spike after he was heavily hinted at in the Gameloft My Little Pony Game Facebook page yesterday.
So after all this time it looks like Spike will finally be joining Ponyville! It only took, what, 3-4 years?

We've seen a lot of changes in the fandom over the past five years. There seems to be a pretty big shift to the world of Youtube in a lot of cases, while conventions pop up and disappear like a super expensive version of wack-a-mole. While fans loving pony probably isn't going to end anytime soon, things are still shifting with the waves of the internet.

One thing is for sure, if Hasbro decided to pull the plug on pony tomorrow, we'd have a boatload of potential knockoffs to choose from. The rise of unicorns these last few years has been nearly unstoppable, and an Italian company is hopping on the anime eyed horse bandwagon.
Right now it is a picture book series and cheap plastic toy set. Who knows how far they will take it though.
