The mane 6 were largely successful in whatever crazy goals they had over the years. Rainbow Dash finally joined the Wonderbolts, Fluttershy built her animal sanctuary and apparently hooked up with the god of chaos, Twilight became god queen of everything, and the rest all run successful businesses.
What does it look like if a pony fails though? If he or she just doesn't find a lucrative enough career to live off of? We know at least healthcare isn't free since Applejack wanted to vend the Grand Galloping Gala to get Granny Smith a new hip. Are there homeless ponies in some of the major cities like Manehattan? Can a pony fall through the cracks?
