"Hello Everyone it's Spyro from the Legends Of Equestria team, as you may know we are working on a fan game based on the stories from the pillars set just over 1000 years ago (just before luna's banishment).
A bit of inside info, so when this was 1st posted to EQD in november last year it was a abandoned project as the lead (Storm Holder) moved away from the fandom into other things, however seems people were interested we picked up
the pieces with myself as the lead story teller and writer taking the lead to push forward and back into full development, since then its been going very well, NoPony joined from here as our lead programer and we took all the assets left behind
and rebuilt the missing code as well as lots of new things we now have.
* A full menu
* A Save/Load feature
* Start Screen Options menus (like windowed mode & Sound)
* In Game Options Area when you pause to adjust things like windowed on the fly (excuse the skyland bird we were just using her as a test background while we tested stuff out)
* Hub Area of the class room
* A now scripted cut-scene engin to play the dialogue that move when you click next allowing you to go though text at your pace
* And Lastly out map of the 1st world of Horseshoe Bay
as chapter 1 of what we have planned as a 7 chapter story (1 for each of the pillars) will focus on the story we have the most detail on, that being there fight against the sirens,
with the 1st boss planned to be more of a endurance round where you have to hold off our 3 lovely fish ladies while Starswirl, Mistmane & Stigian change up the portal resulting in the ending where they are sucked though said portal to the EDG world.
HOWEVER we have one small problem that we have no background artist, ive drawn a few basic ones myself of the main menu and the map of horseshoe bay but these are very basic and about the limit of my ability as a artist and so we come to you looking for a background artist that can throw out around 1 to 2 backgrounds per week depending on how much time you have, however i must stress this is a fan game and is purely a passion project and so there is no monetary gain all you will get is your name in the credits and the real treasure of the friends we made along the way XD, so please please keep that in mind if you are interested.
As of right now we only need 1 background artist but if it is too much and you do need help we can always take more for you to work with.

P.s. there will be visual and narrative hints that do tell a secret story that leads to bigger things and maybe a "Secret Chapter" ill give you one for free, Starswirl magic is not looking the right colour there......hmm where have i seen them 2 colours combined like that before?
