• Comickaze Presents: My Little Pony Artist Andy Price

Citizens of San Diego, California! Have you ever wanted to meet My Little Pony Comic Artist Andy Price and not have to deal with the hassle and headaches of trying to get into SDCC? What about visiting the unofficial personal comic shop of IDW Publishing, where a good portion of their employees pick up their weekly comics?

Well folks, you're in luck! In an event co sponsored by Comickaze-Liberty Station, The San Diego Comic Art Gallery, and IDW Publishing, Andy Price will be at a special signing event today from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM!

     PRESS RELEASE
Don't blink or you'll miss him, My Little Pony Illustrator Andy Price visits San Diego and will stop to meet MLP fans at Comickaze Comics, Books and More in Historic Liberty Station from 6-8pm on Monday Nov 13, 2017!

Along with writer Katie Cook, Price has developed Hasbro’s land of pastel ponies into something a little wilder and a little weirder, yet ensured that it remains enormously compelling to kids and adults alike.

While his work on IDW’s My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic necessarily follows the established look of the animated TV series, Price's playfulness and skill enliven every page with imaginative lettering, dramatically lit villains, and too many background gags to count.

Fans are encouraged to bring no more than 2 items for the free signing. Price will also be offering original sketches at a nominal fee. Comickaze Comics, Books and More will have special pricing on all in stock My Little Pony items and will be holding a drawing to win signed items.

More info is available our facebook page.
The event will be taking place at:

    Comickaze-Liberty Station
    2750 Historic Decatur Rd
    Suite #101
    San Diego, CA 92106

Which is literally right across the Liberty Station Barracks Courtyard from IDW Publishing

If you're free tonight, and will not be attending Equestria LA later this week, consider stopping by. You'll be glad you did.
