One again, one of the biggest pop culture conventions has descended upon the us! Only this time it is on the East Coast as opposed to the West Coast, in what can be argued is the largest city in the country!
Yes sir, New York Comic Con is upon us! And as a even bigger bonus, My Little Pony: The Movie premieres this weekend! So logically that has to mean there is going to be a huge Pony Presence at this convention!
Well, you can toss logic out the window. There not a ton of MLP stuff to be had at this con. However, what is there is going to be high quality! For instance, if you wanted to meet 90% of the regular creators who've worked regularly on the comic over the past few years, this convention has them! If you wanted to meet the voice behind Twilight Sparkle, this convention has her too!
Usually with this con, there's a number of surprises which are meant to be discovered over the three days it is active. So if there is anything to be discovered, you can bet Equestria Daily will find it!

Help comics creators Amy Chu (Poison Ivy, Red Sonja, Wonder Woman) and Thom Zahler (My Little Pony, Warning Label, Love & Capes) create a three panel comic in real time, while learning about character creation, story structure and visual narrative. You can participate or listen and create your own as we go along. For kids and adults too.
