I call this one orchestral electronic, but really that doesn't do justice to how cool it is. Opening up with some very cool chopping of Applejack's vocals from Apple Family Reunion, it builds into some super happy and upbeat strings with some great piano coming in later on. A super groovy tune, it's great to see SherbetSix back in action - I'm surprised I'd not heard much of them before this! Give it a listen below the break for something pretty unique.
