Considering that Jetpack Comics is showing up at only one Pony Convention in the next two months, I think it's a pretty safe bet that their Convention Exclusive Cover (above) is for Bronycon.
Of course we won't know for sure until either Jetpack Comics or Bronycon officially makes their announcement, so until that time file this under rumor.
However, this next part is not a rumor:
So, it's a convention exclusive cover that's paired up with MLP:FiM #32 and possibly one other cover. I wonder if it's going to be Friends Forever #19, since that book comes out the week of Bronycon.
Well, you guys know the drill for when we have next to no information about a future MLP product/episode. Wild Speculation is a go!
