I'm going to aim toward yes on this one, at least Rarity with unshorn fetlocks and bows in her hair. This was found in the Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC, along with all sorts of other colorful rainbowyness. Thanks to Micheal for the heads up!
