Okay, I think somehow I was actually going deeper under Equestria Daily this whole time somehow, because now the monitors are all CRT's and I think there's no other living organisms? I dunno. This chip in my head gives me extravagantly painful electrical shocks when I consider not doing a roundup, though, so I guess I'll keep doing them.

How Are You Going To Celebrate the Season Finale?

Saturday is the big day! The final stretch of Friendship is Magic will air, and we won't be seeing any new episodes again for quite a while. I don't know if you can really "celebrate" something like that, but surely you all have some kind of plans for the end of season two!

So what do you plan to do? Are you going to sit in a livestream and be amazed with a bunch of strangers? Or maybe you have a private group on Skype to converse with?  Maybe a meetup group superbowl style party?

Brony Study Seeking Assistance

The Brony Study is a survey test that's been building a psychological profile of the brony community alongside non-members and comparing the results. The first survey concluded that, shock and awe, people who enjoy My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic were not significantly different from people who didn't. It's pretty unbelievable, I know.

Well, the fine folks who run that survey set up a second one, and while there's been no shortage of brony participants, they've been having some trouble getting the word out to non-bronies to create a statistically significant sample size for comparison. That's where you come in!

"But Phoe," I hear you saying, "I'm a brony! Or at least I play one on tv. How am I supposed to help?" I'll tell you. We all have at least one friend or family member in our lives who doesn't quite "get it" when they look at ponies. It's your job to ask them (politely) if they'd be willing to take a few minutes of their time to help out Science. Be sure to pronounce the capital s, that's very important. If you can get even one person to fill it out, you'll be helping to dispel many of the myths that cause so much heartache for many a brony-in-hiding.

Over at the Lego Cuusoo page for Friendship is Magic, a few new prototype models have popped up.  Hell I'd buy them.

This isn't the real reason for this post.  In the official comment page, LEGO dropped this little message:

Sounds like they really want to push this!  They need 10,000 supporters though in order to go after the copyright.  That's where you guys come in!

Royal Wedding Twitter Party Today on ModernMom
