Acoustic Music: Indie Notes - The Show / Osoch - Freedom

There's some pretty great acoustic stuff here, with one being a fair bit heavier than the other! First up Indie Notes delivers a typically paired down instrumental that gives all the space to some lovely vocals throughout his track about Trixie. In the second spot, Osoch's guitar skills are on show with a fairly progressive metal track that has some awesome riffs and breakdowns throughout. Check them both out below!

My Relatable pony: Twilight Sparkle

Happy New Year Everypony! With the start of a new year, and soon a new season of ponies, it’s always good to take a little time to look back and remember why we love these ponies. For me, that means looking at how I relate to my favorite little equines.

Twilight Sparkle; she started the series as a book-loving loner with a strong sense of duty to her princess. She learned the magic of friendship and has gone on to share that knowledge with others. Her original naivete in social interaction clicked with many viewers and has grown to show that anyone can learn to be a good friend.

Morning Discussion #1088

Moondancer had to be one of my favorite parts of season 5 and I really hope we get to see her again someday. Unfortunately that can be said for a lot of great characters from past seasons over the years. It's too bad really, but at least there is always the fandom to give them life.
