2013 was a long time ago, so it's awesome to see a complete re-work of BroniKoni's big hit from back then, Keep The Beat Alive, for their upcoming 2018 album. Complete with a pretty awesome video that shows like a big Vinyl Scratch concert, the vocals are top notch with some fantastic choruses. The instrumental also is excellently produced, with a great mix of rock and synth vibes. Check it out below!

Definitely one of Sable's most ambitious projects yet, this heavy power metal track tells the story of the MLP movie in an awesome way, with some great vocals and heavy guitars. Mumble seems to be on a bit of a binge releasing a bunch of older stuff that never reached his YouTube previously, and I have no problem with this! It's just about the end of 2017, and I figured it would be a great idea to celebrate it by showcasing my top 100 pony tunes of the last year! I've teamed up with Lycan from Lycan Dese Beats to put together a show where we'll play them all from 100 to 1 with a bit of (hopefully) interesting commentary too. We are deep into hiatus #7 and as always, we need to get a reminder out that EQD still needs submissions of things! A lot of people tend to assume someone else will send it, so for any new ones or other that just forget, have a heads up.

For the most part, we have a good amount of people sending art and fanfiction, but comics, videos, and even news (merchandise, EG stuff, or FiM Show) is pretty hard to come by. Other categories like cosplay, wallpapers, customs, plushies, and craft could also use some help!
The more stuff you submit, the better we can run and show it off to everyone. EQD is a spotlight site more than anything. Hence the...mascot name. We never were very creative...
Anyway, submit stuff! Even if you think someone else already did. Repeat news is fine.

Following their recent five episode dump, the The Discovery Family GO App has added anotrher five more for you all to watch in the choose your own adventure series. Included in this update are:

As with the last set, these are obviously meant to be a Youtube series since they are kind of a pain to navigate with the app, but I think at this point, we are used to My Little Pony being the most unreliable show on the planet when it comes to release schedules and not randomly dumping piles of episodes on us.

Something a bit different this morning since this has started to become a fun discussion over on other sites. The Tails of Equestria RPG assigned the mane cast, and many other ponies with numerical stats. This includes their body, mind, charm, and stamina.
It's interesting to see what they came up with. Along with their quirks.

A company called Aloka has a new line of "Starlight" pony lights available for purchase. The set includes Pinkie, Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle right now. The colors can be changed or set to a mode that shifts into rainbow mode via the removte control seen above.

The Guardians of Harmony Captain Celeano toy was spotted a few days ago over on eBay, and someone decided to order it to get the details. Apparently she's a Walmart exclusive in the USA, so if you planned on buying one, expect to find her there pretty soon. With past GOH toys, it was only a few weeks from reveal that we saw them flood store shelves. Hopefully Fluttershy joins her.

Our favorite crazy russian robotic engineers are back again with a short little gift for the holidays. They've programmed up some Jingle Bells with their Sweetie Bot and have slapped a video up on Youtube for you all to watch. She's a bit on the uncanny side with her lack of body molding, but it's still neat to see the progress.

Budzy's wubs are always good fun to listen to, and this riddim-style piece is excellently produced. Making good use of some vocal samples from Tirek, it then heads into a bit-crushed drop with plenty of groove to it, with enough of a switch up for the second drop to keep it interesting. After a... surprisingly long gap of time, the s1058 Comments over on Youtube have started getting nuked by Hasbro. Unfortunately this includes a few things that happened before the leak, including jokey speculation videos, fan made intros, and a few analysis videos.
Oddly enough, the channels that uploaded full episodes aren't being hit with actual strikes. The videos are simply being taken down. We have a theory on this one. It could be that Hasbro values these channels to advertise the show where Discovery Family fails. They do tend to get around 500k views in a day or two when episodes drop, and sometimes even upwards of a million.
That being said, it's still surprising to see very little in actual long-term consequences for posting full leaked episodes (Copyright Strikes). Either Hasbro is super chill about this stuff, or their legal team is slowly building a case behind the scenes for a big nuke for damages later on. I have a feeling this saga is far from over.

Time certainly flies around here! It's pretty crazy to think that a pony radio station could be turning 7 years old, but that's exactly what's happening in mid-January for PonyvilleFM. To celebrate, they're putting on a weekend of birthday fun with a bunch of DJ sets over the 13th and 14th of January - and you could be involved too. They're currently seeking set submissions for the event, so check out the full info on that below!

I always love to hear everything that DJT comes up with, and a collaboration with vocalist Metajoker is most welcome. The vocals are top notch, and fit in excellently with the instrumental. The instrumental itself also holds itself high with some terrific energy during a high energy chord-filled house-y drop, plus some fantastic lead synth composition towards the end.
