After the finale we know that Twilight can be a badass when she needs to be! Plus that Wonderbolts uniform looks pretty snazzy on her I've got to say.
After reading the comments from last night I think I'm going to keep these posts right where they are. A few of our European friends made good points that if I move these posts back they'll still be sleeping plus some regulars also remarked that they wouldn't be able to attend if it was earlier. So at 10pm they will stay!

The upcoming POP figure lineup promises to create a new way to customize the hell out of your ponies, and based on the packaging appear to be going all out with it. I'm not sure if this is in response to what Amazon is doing, but Barnes and Noble has once again dropped the price of the Daring Do book set. You can now pick it up for a whopping 43% off, coming in at $43. I doubt these will last, as they do seem to be related to the takedowns, so it might be a good idea to grab it while things are in flux.

Big Apple PonyCon is promising to be one heck of a classy event next weekend! One of the biggest programs at the convention is going to be singing by Lady Aria who will cover a number of Daniel Ingram songs, to opera, Broadway, and more during an hour long extravaganza.
Check on after the break for a sample of her singing and I hope to see some of you there at the convention next week sitting in the audience with me.

A bit of a behind the scenes from those Chinese factories working on knockoffs in this one. It looks like Daring Do may be in the planning stage if that image above is any indiction. The submitter, Dizarp points out that Onlyfactory is pretty much the same deal (or maybe the same company with a different name) than the usual guys that create the 12 INCHES plushies we have seen appear in the last few weeks. After a bit of drama with their creation process basing it on fan made plushies, it looks like this is their new way of doing it.
Either we are going to see a massive shutdown soon, or Hasbro hurrying up with those approvals for licensors working on their current lines, because it looks like China isn't willing to wait around for years to take advantage of the brony dollars.
Obviously you can't buy her anywhere yet, but I'm guessing we will see these flood ebay along with the rest of them soon enough. -
Big brothers have to watch out for their little sisters, but I think Shining could tone it down a little bit.

Good citizens of Equestria Daily, it has come to my attention that we are, in fact, on a summer break period! This means lots of you have free time, which is the perfect time for learning new things!
What better way to do that than setting GOALS and adding a point value to them?! That's marked progress right there, that's this year's ACHIEVEMENT system!

Considering all the pony references that seem to be in Watch_Dogs this isn't too surprising, but it is still extremely cool that EqD is a reference in the game. Heck, the Q is pretty much the same as our logo. It appeared on an engine too so I guess that makes EqD full of horsepower.

With the launch of Wildstar, it looks like the final choice has been made on servers. Assuming the game doesn't explode with everyone trying to login at once, we will be aiming for the PVE server Stormtalon. Enough people wanted that over PVP that we went that route!
Expect it to open up some time later today, until then, if you plan to play with us, just roll Exile there. It's pretty dependant on how stable servers are and how quickly we can get to level 12 and get 10 gold to to start the guild up.
And if this is completely irrelevant to you, have some sweetie bot again below, because shes the best bot.

WHAT IS THIS I SEE? Is that the Great and Powerful TRIXIE?
While caption the other day may have been a fake, this has been confirmed to be legit! It looks like some of the devs behind the game decided to sneak a few pony keychains into random cars throughout the city. As you can see from the above image, it looks like Trixie in the coat and hat the main character wears.
Apparently there are a few others, and I'm still running around looking to confirm those. Quite a few fake Watchdogs rumors have been funneling in throughout the last week, so double checking is always good!

It looks like Rarity is finally going to see the light of day in the Funko line, and she is paired with Daring Do! These are only the early models at the moment, but I for onke am more than happy with the design on that pith hat. Rarity's mane and tail are some of the most interesting ones we have seen from the toy line to extend on that.
