Friendship Games Dolls Show Flash and Twilight With Matching Phones

Friendship Games is pretty much confirmed as the third theme for the Equestria Girls movie series, and so far we have seen quite a bit of merchandise release to reflect this. While we don't have specifics, it seems like every day more information pops up.

Included in a leaked pack of more of these dolls from a German site, the image above appeared.  It's looking like Twily and Flash may be an item in the next movie.  Obviously there were hints of it in the last two, but it hasn't gone this far as of yet.

Emerald City Comicon Announces Tabitha St. Germain!

Taking place on March 27th–29th, Emerald City Comicon is the premiere comic book and pop culture event in the Northwestern part of the United States.

Located in Seattle, Washington, the convention hosts a whole slew of people from all aspects of the Entertainment Industry. And this year, they have Tabitha St. Germain as one of their celebrity guests!

Guest Passes for Friday and Sunday are still available for the convention if you haven't already made plans to attend, or you live in the area and are looking for something to do that weekend.

If you decide to go, be sure to drop by and say hi!

With 2015 comes yet another armada of massive conventions covering just about every corner of the Earth.  Quite a few new ones are appearing on countries that previously only held smaller meetups. And joining them is the usual crew, with many continuing on from success in 2014 and earlier.

This post follows the same style as our previous year, with a few extras. The Illustrious Q has been compiling up places for those looking to specifically meet show staff, which will all be linked from here for easy access and updated as more conventions announce things.

We are also including conventions that haven't yet submit anything. If your convention falls into that category, feel free to follow the guide over here for getting yours updated with all the required information.

Discussion: What Do You Like Most About the Show? Has it Changed Over Time?

This is a question we haven't asked in forever, and since yesterday's was such a controversial topic, lets bring it back to the basics and see how everyone's perception of pony has changed over time.

Friendship is Magic has been going on for four years now, and here in ponyland we have a plethora of different personality types. Everyone has their own reasons for watching MLP, from the hardcore pony obsessed, to the casual viewer who checks it out on the side for fun. 

So, lets explore it! What draws you to these ponies more than anything? What reason do you have to tuning in each season? Have your tastes over time changed at all? 

I have a feeling we are going to have some interesting responses here.  As for me, I just like the cute cartoon equines. That's my #1 draw. Anything involving them just becomes more appealing, be it modded into a game or a remix in the background while I work.  This obsession runs deep.

FIENDship is Magic - What the Comic Covers are Parodies Of

I'm sure I'm not the only one that didn't realize the covers of the Fiendship is Magic comics were actually based on major early art pieces. That would explain why Tirek and Nightmare Moon seemed to be wearing garbs from the early 1600's.

Someone going by the name of Raul has created a bunch of comparison images for each of them. Color me impressed at how well the artists pulled off the parodies.

Future Squishy Pops Figures Revealed by Toy Review Channel on Youtube

The CMC, Trixie, Lyra, and Bonbon are all arriving later in the year from the Squishy Pops series of toys that released in 2014 (find a commercial for the first wave over here). A toy review channel over on Youtube recieved an early set and did an in-depth analysis on each.
