Fall is one of my favorite seasons. It's just so colorful and I have a ton of good memories related to it. Ahhh, nostalgia.

Someone brought this up earlier, and I totally agree, what job role actually sits there and films plastic dolls posing and "dancing" in front of a glittery stage for multiple takes for these commercials? What do you call someone that does that? Or do they just grab a random executive to do it?

We haven't had an analysis post in a while have we? I guess the lack of episodes does that. We've also only ever touched on this subject once or twice (primarily as an April fools joke). As with most things on the internet, the usual Rule 34 didn't skip out on ponies. But why is it a thing?
Obviously there are a million possible answers to that question, but this one tries to explain it from a biological level. If I were to give this a rating, I'd say it falls somewhere around PG-13, so feel free to pass over it if you are squeamish.

This one came as a surprise to us but Hasbro has published the original Equestria Girls soundtrack on iTunes for purchase. The soundtrack features 5 of the 6 songs heard in the movie (excluding "This Strange World") and will cost you $4.95 USD.
The songs included are:

While we all sit around waiting to find out what happens with The Hub's shows, it looks like Hasbro is becoming even more tied with Disney via a new deal with the "Disney Princesses" line. For those that have never followed their giant repertoire of animated royalty, this includes things like Frozen and Maleficent. These guys will be teaming up to produce merchandise of the various characters included in those franchises.
In the past, Hasbro has worked with these guys to create Disney versions of Monopoly, Life, and others. According to our resident expert on the company, both have been loosely tied since 1954 over various merchandising contracts. You can even find MLP Toys at Disney Parks.
Could this be a new home for Friendship is Magic? If it is syndicated, we have two big networks that would possibly want it between Cartoon Network and Disney. The new "Discovery Family" channel will also continue to run a Hasbro controlled segment in the mornings. Quite an interesting future is ahead of us!
Who knows, we may even see some ponified versions of Elsa and Anna if the stars align (I wish).

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE
Elon Musk took over the world, hoverboards are finally a thing, congress was completely replaced by a quantum computer that actually gets things done, Half Life 3 ended up as a F2P mobile game with awful micro-transactions, and season 5 of My Little Pony finally aired and ended. Big things happened that shook the fandom to it's very core! All six of the mane cast have hooked up with other ponies in the show!
How would you react to the now boyfriended mane 6, citizens of EQD? Is this something that would make you boycott the everything? Or are you interested in some romance?

Following the soundboards and other pony apps, it looks like another big one has bit the dust over on the iTunes store. For those that never played it, Waiting is Magic was a popular game from a while back dedicated to bouncing a ball off a wall and the madness that follows that. Apparently the takedown was due to a C&D according to the creator. Fortunately it appears to still be up on the Android market, so if you want it, you should probably grab it before that one is axed too.
This is also a heads up to download and store any pony stuff you don't want to lose on there, as it looks like most of the non-official stuff is dropping off both Android and iTunes stores.

As with every new Stay Brony My Friends a new charity opportunity arises! After raising $650 for ALS, the show has a new goal: Free the Children. Nominated by Rebecca Shoichet, the voice of Sunset Shimmer and singing voice of Twilight, this organization fight's for children's rights and teaching kids to stand up to exploitation and abuse. Not only does giving money benefit the charity, but it also gives you the chance at winning a number of prizes as well!

We might as well complete the collection, it looks like this is the extent of it. As with the earlier warning, quite a few screencaps of the Rainbow Rocks movie have been posted around the internet (aka 4chan then everywhere). If you are one of those people that loves to be in the know, expect some madness in this set. Some of them may be fake, but if they aren't, it's going to be an interesting week next week!
