The folks behind the "Children of the Night" fan animation have released an instrumental version of the song Luna sings in the animation. Playing it while staring wistfully out the window and contemplating the vast expanse of the immutable night sky is not required, but is unofficially recommended.

The entire piece is written in iambic pentameter, with the exception of Luna's pronouncement of the quest in the first chapter, which is an English sonnet.

While most comics we receive star our ponies their four-legged forms every so often we get wonderfully done comics featuring them in bipedal fashion. Rogue Diamond by Pia-chan is a more serious comic than we usually feature, but with an intriguing story and beautiful art I really think it deserves to be seen!

With season four not even halfway done yet, the potential for a lot of things remains this year, but season five was totally already announced, so lets do this anyway!
Our hypothetical blank check writing Hasbro exec has popped in wanting to ask the brony audience for episode ideas. You have been commissioned to write the topics of five of them in season 5! Choose five and a synopsis to go with each of them below the break. Anything goes! Hell Apple Bloom just did that after all.

In the usual mass email from Larrys Comics revealing updates on the MLP stuff, a neat little tidbit of information was dropped about the series as a whole. Apparently Larry is signed on for 25 variants in the main line. This includes the previous 15. I don't know if we can call that confirmation on 10 more comics already in the planning stages, but I wouldn't be too surprised considering how successful the series is.
They also dropped some variants for #15, images above.
