It has been a week, so hopefully most of you had a chance to read this for the sake of discussion! If you haven't already picked it up, I would highly recommend it. Big Mac was honestly one of the lowest on my list of best ponies, but he is making his way up there with this series. Now if only these comics were weekly so we'd have something to really hold us over until season 4!

Way back on July 5th, an air force patch for Vance Airforce Base popped up in the Nightly Roundup, but lacked any real meaty information. Since then, it has literally invaded the internet. Multiple main-stream news sites have posted about it, and the guys at the airforce base have received a stream of questions from them. One excellent quote from Wired:
“Honestly, the patch is the last thing on the student pilots’ minds,” Barger said. “They are focused on the rigors of their fast-paced and world-class pilot training … Our allied partners send their student pilots here to train because the United States Air Force is known for its air superiority around the globe, and now perhaps, in the land of Equestria. Perhaps the Wonderbolts will start sporting a U.S. Air Force patch of their own.”

I think this sort of sealed the deal for me in season one, throwing Rarity up to the top slow on my best pony list for a good few episodes, or at least until Party of One.

The Hub has released promos for Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity to go along with Pinkie Pie the other day. Each is dressed up election style with loads of new lines from each of the characters. I'm really hoping the side cast gets some love after this. I wouldn't mind a few more bonus lines from them while we sit around waiting for season 4.

Story updates! We have a bunch today.
I'd also like to point this out here since it primarily effects fanfics, there was a bit of a derp in comments yesterday where everything on the site was migrated over to Intense Debate. I'm working on fixing this now, though it could be a while. Luckily all of them still seem to be in-tact, they are just hidden. Hopefully we can restore those on older posts that didn't have Intense Debate soon.

Look at that Rarity! Winning polls left and right lately! For the record, I'm totally with you guys on this one. Tabitha is straight up epic with that voice. Ever since her breakdown in Suited for Success, she has been on the top of my list.

A whole bunch of you sent these in, so I'm assuming they are a big deal. Fathead has released pony decals, though they are using the default vectors we have seen a million times over the years. At least you can deck your stuff out in higher quality stickers! I think most noted their location as Wal-Mart, so check there first if you want some. Thanks to Bingk for these particular images.

Another one for that list of pony projects I seriously can't wait to see complete. Super Smash Ponies started off incredibly simple, and has evolved into a fully fledged game.
