If you've been around the Youtube drama sphere at all lately, you've probably run into the world of people falsely flagging content. We've had a few of the occurrences over the year in ponyland, with many a video getting nailed by a random entity hoping to either claim it as their own, or wipe it out from embarrassment. This time around, it's the former.
A Youtube musician has claimed the classic pony song Awoken as his own, causing it to be removed from Glaze's channel. It hasn't been confirmed yet, but the instrumental to the song was uploaded in 2016 under the stolen name "City Lights" and a link back to the name you see up there in the copyright claim.
All of these channels are below 20 subs. Someone on /mlp/ posted screencaps of an alleged conversation with the striker, where he claims the song is his own and stolen by Glaze. Obviously this is false, as Awoken released away back in 2012.
Youtube has been notified, and chances are it will be restored.
Needless to say, it's pretty ridiculous that a nobody can claim a song with a million views as their own, but here we are.

If you missed the announcement last week, we started collecting letters to the show staff in the aftermath of season 9 being officially confirmed to be the last. They tweeted out their love of the fandom, and we are going to flood them right back with some of ours!
I expected about 100 or so to come in. I did not expect to double that and then some.
A few things- If you sent one with a bunch of bolds/italics/emoticons/images I had to strip those, as they break things. If you included a full real-life name, I axed the last name as I don't want to get an email in five years saying it needs to be removed. You'd be surprised at how often that happens!
This is set one of two. I think there actually might be a cap on how long these posts can be before people's devices stop working, and this will most likely exceed it. It's a lot of words! Part 2 will arrive tomorrow.
Anyway, I'll shut up. Go read the letters below!

Images of the singles of the Equestria Girls Mini Fashion Squad dolls started appearing back in January, and the playsets started arriving in Singapore and on Entertainment Earth way back in November, but outside of that the next wave has been relatively silent. It looks like Amazon is starting to get them listed up now, with Twilight and Fluttershy appearing over here. Chances are they are primed to flood out west finally.
We will pop a heads up out if they start appearing in stores. Keep an eye out and send them if you see them!

A very interesting take on TCB's amazing Skyline, this new remix by our bro Drixale brings some Pinkie cheer along deep emotion, as a soothing and atmospheric instrumental unfolds. The Trap beat and percussions make for some of the musician's signature flair, and the sound design is quite dreamy and blissful! A perfect track to bliss out to some Pinkie positivity and happiness.
