Hey there everypony!
If you are receiving this, it is because you indicated you wanted to be contacted for updates on our project, so here are some for you!
We have put together a second survey to find out what kinds of content people will be looking for, which you can take at https://forms.gle/TYzUMPnKcMhRKEhT9
The survey is the main purpose of this email blast: please take it at your earliest convenience, and spread it around if you can!
In the meantime, this is the situation so far...
After assembling over a dozen of the best writers on FiMFiction, as well as a preliminary team of artists, animators, musicians, and other talent, as well as spending about 2 months planning and preparing, we officially started writing our first batch of "episodes" on Sunday. After looking over the options, we have decided that we will NOT be pursuing show-quality animation in the foreseeable future, and will instead worry about providing a large number of stories written at the very high standard which we can expect from our writing team.
We got a few hundred responses to the first survey, analyzed them with a datamining program, and are continuing to do so as they come in.
