Aloka My Little Pony Starlights Now Available

A company called Aloka has a new line of "Starlight" pony lights available for purchase. The set includes Pinkie, Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle right now. The colors can be changed or set to a mode that shifts into rainbow mode via the removte control seen above.

Captain Celeano and Spike are Walmart Exclusives

 The Guardians of Harmony Captain Celeano toy was spotted a few days ago over on eBay, and someone decided to order it to get the details. Apparently she's a Walmart exclusive in the USA, so if you planned on buying one, expect to find her there pretty soon. With past GOH toys, it was only a few weeks from reveal that we saw them flood store shelves. Hopefully Fluttershy joins her.

Our favorite crazy russian robotic engineers are back again with a short little gift for the holidays. They've programmed up some Jingle Bells with their Sweetie Bot and have slapped a video up on Youtube for you all to watch. She's a bit on the uncanny side with her lack of body molding, but it's still neat to see the progress.

Budzy's wubs are always good fun to listen to, and this riddim-style piece is excellently produced. Making good use of some vocal samples from Tirek, it then heads into a bit-crushed drop with plenty of groove to it, with enough of a switch up for the second drop to keep it interesting. Season 8 Stuff Getting Nuked on Youtube, Including Stuff Before the Leak

After a... surprisingly long gap of time, the season 8 episodes and content over on Youtube have started getting nuked by Hasbro. Unfortunately this includes a few things that happened before the leak, including jokey speculation videos, fan made intros, and a few analysis videos.

Oddly enough, the channels that uploaded full episodes aren't being hit with actual strikes. The videos are simply being taken down. We have a theory on this one. It could be that Hasbro values these channels to advertise the show where Discovery Family fails. They do tend to get around 500k views in a day or two when episodes drop, and sometimes even upwards of a million.

That being said, it's still surprising to see very little in actual long-term consequences for posting full leaked episodes (Copyright Strikes). Either Hasbro is super chill about this stuff, or their legal team is slowly building a case behind the scenes for a big nuke for damages later on. I have a feeling this saga is far from over.
