A couple of cool non-electronic tracks here! First up is a relaxing and laidback track from Indie Notes, who takes us on a blissful little journey about Spike. Some really chilled out guitar-work is complemented wonderfully by the relatively soft vocals. The second track is a reggae cover of the end credits track from the last Equestria Girls by Francis Vace, released as a part of his free 4-track EP of covers from the movie. I want to apologize to everyone that entered this event. I wasn't aware that the team working on it had not posted the final results until yesterday when someone emailed me directly about it. Unfortunately here on EQD, sometimes people end up incredibly busy in real life and never mention it to me until I bring it up!
The results for the National Pony Writing Month are all compiled up and ready to go for your viewing pleasure. Altogether we had 27 people aiming for that lofty seat, with 16 who successfully beat, and even exceeded the real National Writing Month's 50,000 word goal! That's a LOT of pony words!
Below the break, get each of them below. If they have a genre listed, I'm going to include that, but it looks like most don't and it wasn't required. Next year we will have a new team on the project, already rarin' to go!

Seth said putting ponies on these posts up top instead of the quote works better for the Facebook crowd so have a sad Sweetie because we have some sad news: Mike Vogel did not write for season 7. According to a tweet he made he was busy working on the movie but he does say that season 7 looks awesome, so there is that.

Like 2015, 2016 didn't disappoint at all with a both big project releases, and the rise of some absolutely amazing new animators for the brony fold! Nothing keeps the fandom going like a big ticket pony animation while we wait for new episodes!
As you may have noticed a few days ago, we took votes on this one in the comments, via email, and through Skype/Discord chats. A lot of people agreed, but at the same time many butt heads on what was and wasn't worthy for the list. Here are the results! Let the season flood begin! G.M. Berrow has confirmed over on Twitter that she is involved in the writing team for season 7. If you aren't familiar with her name yet, she's the mind behind most of those pony chapter books we toss up throughout the year, as well as "The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows" from last season.
According to her followup response, two episodes in total will be under her domain. Unfortunately we have absolutely no information about what the stories will entail, but I'm sure we will find out once the synopsis start dropping in a few weeks.

Guardians of Harmony is apparently going to continue this sneaky release schedule if the last two figures are any indication. DJ-Pon3 is now listed, though isn't yet available for pre-order. She joins an updated stock image of the Queen Chrysalis that has been available at Gamestop and online for the last few weeks.
