Discussion: Which Fanfiction Would You Like to See Adapted as a Pony Movie or Series?

Fanfiction is second only to art in terms of how many people are involved in it in this fandom. We've seen countless epics over the years, some drawing people further into pony than even the show can. I know a few people that don't even watch episodes anymore, sticking 100% to pony fics for their equine storytelling. While I'd never go that far, it's sort of a testament to how impactful they have been.

Good news! That hypothetical Hasbro who bothers you every once in a while is back, and he needs YOU to decide on a side series or movie idea for them to run. He wants something pony fandom based, and anything will go.

Which fanfic do you choose? An epic adventure across Equestria? A cheesy romance novel? Or just one of the simple Slice of Life stories? Decide in the comments!

Hey guys! We've had this a long time in the making, but haven't exactly been able to collect enough people for the podcast until recently. We're proud to announce that Equestria Daily is going to do a weekly podcast on the fandom and the show, usually things that we feel deserve a round-table discussion. While I enjoy my editorials and still plan on doing them, blog ponies such as Sethisto, Phoe, Illustrious Q, and Cups would like to get in on the conversations. What better way than with a live podcast?

We plan to have the podcast be an hour to 75 minutes long, with time for questions much like the previous Q and Neighs. If you would like your question answered, leave it in the comments on this post or use the hashtag #EQDPodcast on Twitter.

This week's topic will be: cutie marks! With the Cutie Mark Crusaders finally getting their marks, we plan to talk about how a cutie mark has changed throughout the show, and whether "Crusaders of the Lost Mark" has fully cemented the lore of the cutie marks.

We plan to be streaming at around 3 PM PST, which means 6 PM EST. Keep your eyes on Sethisto's and my Twitter just in case there are any stream hiccups. We'll update this post with the link once we're up and ready! See you there!

Mini - Equestria Girls Fluttershy and Twilight Now Available For Pre-order on Entertainment Earth

Entertainment Earth has both Fluttershy and Rarity available for pre-order in that upcoming Equestria Girls chibi figure set that was announced a while back.The designs and included accessory items are different from the reveal, but the figures share the same likeness elsewhere.

Expect them to release in December, assuming their dates are correct. You can order these two over here.

Hey guys hows it going, ABagOVicodin here! We're around a week into the NaPoWriMo and I'm very satisfied with the results! We've had over 30 entrants into the contest, which is excellent! We still have another 9 days until the deadline for your goals is over. I want to remind everyone that the deadline for writing is not the 16th, it is merely the deadline to let me know that you are taking part! Email [email protected] with your author name, goal, and the stories you will be writing for those who will take part! Writing will cease on the 1st of December at midnight.

Since that's all cleared up, let's talk about some basic writing tips and tricks to help with your muse after the break!

New Mini-Quizzes Game On Hasbro Website

Hasbro has uploaded another new pony game on their official My Little Pony website. Right now it's pretty bare bones, with only 10 questions covering the Cutie Mark Crusaders available right now, but it does have more sections grayed out from the looks of it.
